Pfc. Andrew Hartfield, a light transporter with the 539th Composite Truck Company from Fort Wainwright, Alaska, uses a load binder to secure a Humvee on a M915A5 Line-Haul Tractor Truck, in support of Polar Express at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, August 3, 2016.
