Laying out lines and throwing cones

A 773rd Civil Engineering Squadron paint shop striping truck lays down lines on Arctic Warrior Drive while motorists pass on either side. Passing the paint crew is not authorized if they are in the same lane, but in this case the truck is in the turn lane, so motorists should exercise caution when driving by.
