JBER revolutionizing military pharmacy

A patient walks into a prescription pickup cubicle at the hospital on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Dec. 23, 2015. The first three pharmacy windows give patients their completed prescriptions while the fourth and fifth house work stations are for filling out and verifying prescription orders. The sixth window is scheduled to be used as an over-the-counter clinic within the next few months. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Christopher R. Morales)
