JSC and RSC join forces

Richardson Spouses’ Club members provide information about the Richardson Thrift Shop at the RSC Annual Country Fair. The RSC operates the thrift shop and all proceeds are immediately invested back into the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson and local community through scholarship and welfare contributions.
