Rapid temperature changes and the exchange of germs make sickness vibrant this cold and flu season

The flu nasal spray and flu shot are ways to prevent contracting the influenza virus during the flu season. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website www.cdc.gov, influenza is a contagious upper-respiratory illness and can cause mild to severe ailment, which can lead to death. Individuals who have the flu may experience fevers, coughing, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, muscle or body aches, headaches, tiredness and sometimes even vomiting and diarrhea.
