Wreaths Across America
Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) participates in Wreaths Across America Day at the Ft. Richardson National Cemetery, JBER, December 12, 2015. Wreaths Across America is a nonprofit organization founded to continue and expand the annual wreath laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery begun by Maine businessman, Morrill Worcester, in 1992 when his company, Worecester Wreath had a surplus of holiday wreaths.
