GO/FO summit: strengthening partnerships, Arctic understanding

U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Russ Handy, Alaskan NORAD Region, Alaskan Command and 11th Air Force commander, reviews Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex maps in a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter during the General Officer/Flag Officer summit March 17. During the overflight, attendees were shown areas of training as well as upgraded infrastructure and capabilities for air and ground forces.
