GO/FO summit: strengthening partnerships, Arctic understanding
General Officer/Flag Officer summit attendees explore during the Permafrost Tunnel tour in Fox, Alaska, March 16. During the tour, attendees were informed on the consequences of Permafrost thawing and the impact it will have on infrastructure. The purpose of the annual GO/FO is to strengthen partnerships of senior military officers and enlisted leaders, joint and bi-national, as well as discuss current and future Arctic and Alaskan challenges and joint capabilities.
