673d SFS offers guidance for base weapon registration

Privately owned weapons monitors/armorers are assigned by commanders to ensure military members are in compliance with Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Instruction 31-107. Security Forces will detain and charge military members with an Article 92 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Proper storage is necessary.
