JBER Outdoor Recreation hosts captain’s class

The JBER-Richardson Outdoor Recreation Center offers many boats to rent during the summer. An online boat-safety course must be completed before requesting to rent any motorboat; anyone renting ocean-going boats must alson take the Captain’s Class. Basic seamanship is the focus of the Captain’s Class available at JBER-Elmendorf Outdoor Recreation Center during the summer.
