Military aids Homer out of a “Rock and a Hard Place”
An emergency response vehicle from Alaskan Command is being offloaded a C-17 from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, to provide 72-hour emergency information technology services during Exercise Rock and a Hard Place in Homer, Alaska, March 19, 2015.
