Remote Piloted Aircraft
A Messerschmitt ME 109 remotely piloted aircraft flies inside the Lumen Christi High School gymnasium, Feb. 15, 2015. Many RPAs are decorated to look like actual planes that are or have been in use for flying purposes, whether for wartime or peacetime. Members of the Alaska Radio Control Society can fly RPAs indoors only if their aircraft weighs at or less than 16 ounces and is electric powered.
