Public Health Service lieutenant wins Buckner triathlon

Lt. Michael Bakker, a Public Health Service physician’s assitant assigned to the Indian Health Service in Anchorage competes in the Indoor Sprint Triathlon held at Buckner Physical Fitness Center Feb. 9.
