Steam and whistles blow on JBER

A model Alaska Railroad train drives over a bridge at the Military Society of Model Railroad Engineers club on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Oct. 21, 2014. This model train is a half-gauge or HO scale, which would take 87 model trains stacked one on top of the other to equal the same size as a real train. The Military Society of Model Railroad Engineer club owns three different scales; an HO, N and Z in their layouts. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman 1st Class Tammie Ramsouer)
