Historical aircraft undergoes refurbishing
Airman 1st Class Kristian Brown, 3rd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron aircraft maintenance apprentice, masks off a section of an F-4 Phantom II for a routine paint job on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Sept. 9, 2014.
