JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- Army Col. Matthew MacFarlane, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division commander, awards Australian Army soldiers the Master Parachutist Badge during a wing exchange ceremony on Pershing Field on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson July 15.
