Retired and active duty military members participate in annual Eco Challenge
JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska-- Military members start off the Eco Challenge event with a four-and-half-mile run through the woods at Hillberg Ski Area on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson July 19. The Eco Challenge was a four-part event that included running, bike riding, hiking and kayaking. The purpose of the event was to get individuals outside and active.
