Alaska, Canada conduct joint arctic SAREX

A Canadian helicopter lands at the Donnelly drop zone on Oct. 31. The Canadian helicopter along with the Canadian Search and Rescue Technicians were part of the Arctic Search and Rescue exercise. The Joint Task Force-Alaska, Alaska National Guard, U.S. Army Alaska and Canadian Joint Operations Command simulated a response to a downed aircraft in the Arctic region.
