JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- Airman 1st Class Matthew Brooks, Staff Sgt. Cory Ford and Michael Campbell, firefighters with the 673d Civil Engineer Squadron, inflate a banana boat used for ice water rescue training at Upper Otter Lake on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Jan. 11.
