JBER stands ready for Arctic Shield

Senior Airman Victor Cochrane, 732nd Aircraft Maintenance Support Squadron hydraulic technician, and Senior Airman Corby Wilson, 673d Communications Squadron radio frequency transmission systems journeyman, secure a tarp to the Hangar 5 indoor track on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska on March 17, 2014, in preparation for exercise Alaska Shield 2014.
