Arctic Edge 14
ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Spc. Anthony Engelking, a wheeled vehicle mechanic DELETEa with the 417th Quartermaster Company in Scottsburg, Ind., moves a pipe at an Inland Petroleum Distribution System at the Port of Anchorage in Anchorage, Alaska, April 3, 2014. Engelking is one of many who are training at the oil depot during Alaska Shield 14. It is an exercise that involves state, federal, military, and local agencies, designed to test response and coordination efforts during a disaster and is modeled after the 1964 earthquake and subsequent tsunami that devastated much of South Central Alaska.
