Arctic Thunder 2008
ELMENDORF AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- Jon "Jughead" Counsell gets smoked out by pilot Jon Melby during the Arctic Thunder 2008 air show June 29. Counsell was the narrator for this year’s air show. The base hosted Arctic Thunder to demonstrate its appreciation to the Alaska community for its support of the military, and to educate the public on the military’s mission.
