Arctic Medics treat TBI victims

ELMENDORF AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- Maj. Peter Osterbauer, 3rd Medical Group chief of Neurology Services, uses a simple flash light tool to examine a patient's eyes in the Traumatic Brain Injury clinic Nov. 18.
