Red Flag-Alaska brings F-22 units together

ELMENDORF AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- Maj. Kevin Sutterfield (left) and Capt. Adam Keith step to their F-22 Raptors during Red Flag-Alaska 09-3 July 29. Red Flag-Alaska is a Pacific Air Forces commander-based field training exercise for U.S. coalition forces flown under simulated air combat conditions. It provides joint offensive counter-air, interdiction close air support, and large force employment training in a simulated combat environment.
