ELMENDORF AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- Lt. Col. David Almand, 517th Airlift Squadron commander, and Lt. Col. Carlisle Lincoln, 249th Airlift Squadron commander, are interviewed on KAFC 93.7 FM Tuesday on the upcoming C-17 arrival to Elmendorf.
