Carlisle Lincoln, 249th Airlift Squadron commander, talks to Tom Steigleman, KAFC 93.7 FM, about the Alaska Air National Guard's involvement with the C-17 mission here during an interview Tuesday. The C-17 Globemaster III replaces the C-130 for the active duty at Elmendorf and is an additional mission for the Alaska ANG. Lt. Col.
