Red Flag- Alaska 10-01
ELMENDORF AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- An Airman from the Royal Thai air force marshals a C-130 Hercules out to the runway Oct. 14 during Red Flag-Alaska 10-01. This is the fourth RF- Alaska exercise the Royal Thai Air Force has participated in. The first year of participation was in 2003. By participating in RF-Alaska, Thailand continues a close diplomatic relationship with the U.S. which goes back 176 years making Thailand one of the longest allies the U.S. has had.
