Arctic Warriors join battle against MS

KENAI PENINSULA, ALASKA -- Senior Master Sgt. Don Hendricks rides to raise money for the Nation Multiple Sclerosis Society during the Alaska MS Bike Ride Sept. 8 and 9. Consistent and sometimes heavy rains didn't prevent Sergeant Hendricks, a member of the 3rd Component Maintenance Squadron, and other 'Arctic Warriors' from Elmendorf Air Force Base, from completing the ride, which took place along the Seward Highway from Mile Post 63 to Seward, Alaska. People who took the 126-mile round trip ride saw extreme elevation gains challenging even the most experienced of the 200 riders.
