Keating passes PACOM torch to Willard

CAMP SMITH, Hawaii -- Adm. Robert F. Willard, commander of the U.S. Pacific Command, Adm. Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Adm. Timothy J. Keating, outgoing commander, U.S. Pacific Command render honors during the singing of the national anthem at a change of command ceremony held here.
