Feeding frenzy

JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- A moose enjoys a neglected pumpkin in one of Elmendorf's housing areas. Moose are attracted to pumpkins, which increases the safety hazards for yourself, neighbors, and moose. Also under state law it is considered negligently feeding wildlife that comes with a $325 fine.
