Elmendorf maintainers named Leo Marquez award recipients

ELMENDORF AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- Master Sgt. Scott Waugaman, 477th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, stands in front of an F-22 Raptor Feb. 12. Waugaman was named the Air Force Reserve Command's 2009 Lieutenant General Leo Marquez Award recipient technician supervisor. This award is presented to maintainers who have demonstrated the highest degree of sustained job performance, job knowledge, job efficiency and results in the categories of aircraft, munitions and missile, and communications-electronics maintenance.
