EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- An ALMR-Transportable is loaded on to a C-130 April 22, 2010, Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. The ALMR equipment will be transfered to Valdez for Arctic Edge 2010 and will provide communication capability for DoD, National Guard, Alaska State Troopers, and municipalities.
