Executive Observers Visit Alaska

JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- Lt. Col. Jigjid Batsukh, Mongolia Air and Air Defense Command senior officer, looks over the briefing packet just before the round-table discussions during the Executive Observer Program June 18.
