Junior ROTC cadets go knees to the breeze

JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- An Eagle River High School Junior ROTC cadet exits the 34-foot jump tower at the Airborne Sustainment Training Area on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson.
