Partnered again—Russia and NORAD conduct Exercise Vigilant Eagle 2011
An F-15C Eagle assigned to the 18th Wing at Kadena Air Base, Japan, and temporarily based at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, intercepts Fencing 1220, a suspected hijacked aircraft during Exercise Vigilant Eagle Aug. 7.
