Sgt. William Guindon, 4th Quartermaster Detachment (Airborne), completes a 25-meter swim with his rucksack. The company’s combat water survival training at Buckner Physical Fitness Center, Sept. 1, included treading water for five minutes, completion of two separate 25-meter swims – one with rucksack and then M-4 Carbine – making of flotation devices from the Army Combat Uniforms and a three-meter platform dive and 25-meter swim with their weapons.
