Air Force Staff Sgt. Jose Castillo invents a program, calling it iFly

Air Force Staff Sgt. Jose Castillo works in his "iFly" program March 28 in the 537th Airlift Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. The wall of patches behind him has been collected throughout his career and, for him, represent his commitment to his job. Castillo serves as the aviation resource management noncommissioned officer in charge. While serving there, he created "iFly,? which tracks training for pilots. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt.
