Army Sgt. Jerica Ogle, parachute packer inspector from the 4th Quartermaster Detachment, oversees Spc. David Fosbinder, parachute packer, while he packs a parachute on JBER, Jan. 15. Ogle and Frostbinder are both from the 4th Quartermaster Detachment. She ensures that all the parachute packers do not skip steps in the packing process. Each parachute packed is overseen to ensure its safety and reliability for the Army mission. Ogle is from Middleborough, Ky., and Fostbinder is from Nashville, Tenn.
