USS Anchorage commissioned amidst falling snow

ANCHORAGE, Alaska -- Guests, Sailors and Marines at the commissioning ceremony for the San-Antonio-class amphibious transport dock USS Anchorages (LPD 23) gather at the ship during a snow-covered ceremony at the Port of Anchorage May 4. Anchorage is the seventh San Antonio-class LPD and was deliver to the U.S. Navy in September 2012.
