Vic Rounds, 381st Intelligence Squadron, and Michelle Carpenter, 673d Force Support Squadron, prepare to capture Notch Wing and One-Eyed Jack, the Bald Eagles that reside in the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson eagle cage, in order to clean the cage May 11. The three are part of a group of volunteers who maintains the cage and cares for the eagles, which have been injured and are not able to survive in the wild.
