Personnel and family members of the 673d Communications Squadron compete in the annual cardboard boat regatta out on Six Mile Lake on JBER. Participants build their boats themselves, using items such as cardboard and duct tape, and they must successfully paddle out on the water to a marker, and make it back to shore successfully without sinking.
