JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- Residents on and near Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson can expect increased aircraft noise starting in April through September.
Arctic Thunder Open House 2026, RED FLAG-Alaska, as well as other exercises will increase noise and air traffic for surrounding communities and the Joint Pacific-Alaska Range Complex.
