JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- To mark the coming winter season, the 773d Civil Engineer Squadron snow control team’s annual parade of snow-removal vehicles will be Oct. 3 at 11 a.m., at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.
Approximately 125 Airmen and civilians of the snow control team operate more than 100 snow-removal vehicles and deicers to ensure JBER’s runways, streets and parking areas are clear and safe so JBER personnel can execute their missions.
The parade is expected to draw spectators which are limited to individuals with installation access along the route.
