The new Boniface Visitor Control Center opens May 1 at 7 a.m. and will be operational 24/7. The Richardson VCC will suspend operations at 7 a.m. May 1 due to the D Street construction project.

The new VCC at the Boniface Gate has an electronic kiosk, customer queue screens, three additional service windows and a much larger waiting area all designed to expedite the visitor pass process and enhance customer service.

The parking lot expansion more than doubled the number of standard spaces and provides several extended spaces for towing and recreational vehicles.

Sponsors can streamline the visitor pass process by viewing the “Requesting Visitor Access” section at https://www.jber.jb.mil/Units/673abw/673SFS/.
