Northern Edge 21 press conference set for 31 March

A virtual press conference will take place March 31 at 11 a.m. Alaska Daylight Time to provide information on the scope of operations during Northern Edge 21.

NE 21 is scheduled May 3-14 with activities taking place at several military installations, local airports and training areas throughout Alaska. Some of these locations include Cordova, Kodiak, Cold Bay, King Salmon, Homer and Seward.

This joint training exercise will include service members from the U.S. Army, Marine Corps, Navy and Air Force.

The NE 21 exercise provides high-end, realistic war fighter training, develops and improves joint interoperability, and enhances the combat readiness of participating forces.
