JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska –
An active-duty Airman tested positive for COVID-19 on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. The member recently returned from overseas travel and is following public health protocols while self-quarantined at their off-base residence.
JBER officials have ordered Health Protection Condition (HPCON) Bravo and are continually monitoring the situation while working closely with local, state and federal agencies to provide the community with up-to-date information on appropriate measures to prevent spread of the virus.
