JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- 1st Lt Kurt N. Mann, 3rd Maintenance Squadron, is authorized to make disposition of the personal effects of SSgt Geremy Koyle 3rd Operations Support Squadron as stated in AFI 34-501.
