DWAYNE WALKER Mr. Dwayne Walker is the Air Force Equal Opportunity Director, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, Manpower and Personnel, Washington DC. He is responsible for the policy, guidance, direction, and oversight of all military equal opportunity, civilian equal employment opportunity and affirmative employment opportunity and affirmative employment/special emphasis programs affecting military members and civilian personnel. Mr. Walker provides leadership, strategic direction, and oversight to all levels of the Air Force to ensure the institution promotes an environment of equity, dignity and respect. Mr. Walker, a native of Brooklyn NY, retired from active duty in August 2003 after serving more than 21 years. He has held leadership positions at the Squadron, Wing, MAJCOM, and Headquarters Air Force.
