JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- The cause of death of a U.S. Air Force captain with Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson’s 3rd Wing is still under investigation by the Alaska State Medical Examiner’s Office.Capt. Brock “Soap” McArdle, 30, of Green Bay, Wisconsin, was found deceased in his
