On Wednesday, Nov. 30, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson will host its annual holiday tree-lighting ceremony.This free event, open to all Department of Defense ID cardholders, begins at 4 p.m. and ends with the lighting of the tree outside Building 1 at approximately 6:30 p.m. The ceremony is a way to
